Our Mission

Thrive Community Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and dedicated to transforming communities by improving the quality of life for individuals and families.
Often times we listen, watch and respond carefully to all that is going on around us asking ourselves how can we get involved?
Founded in 2014, Thrive sought to respond to our community needs and was created to transform communities by improving the lives of those we serve.

Over the past couple of years, with your support, our organization was able to:

  • Respond to a call for action to discuss solutions to a spike in crime in our neighborhoods.
  • Inspire and empower a group of girls ages 12-16 to be our next generation of leaders.
  • Implement etiquette training workshops for families, schools, businesses and organizations.
  • Support community-wide events that focused on family first.
  • Co-sponsor the "student of the month" at a valley grade school.
  • Support STEM initiatives by co-sponsoring a grade school math team in an Arizona  state-wide competition.

Much more is on the horizon in the years to come as we focus on our social strategy for change!
